Anderson Knight are working in partnership with our client to find an experienced Recruitment Business Partner for a 4-6 month contract covering Lanarkshire and Stirling areas.
The role of Recruitment Business Partner is to manage the end to end recruitment of frontline staff. You will work closely with local hiring managers to identify their recruitment needs and develop a local bespoke recruitment strategy to attract quality candidates.
You will be tasked with creating and implementing a candidate attraction process; proactively building a candidate database for future roles and cultivating candidate relationships with regular contact to advise them on current an upcoming opportunities.
In addition, you will develop and co-ordinate effective candidate selection methods, participate in interviews alongside hiring managers as well as vetting and on-boarding new starters to the organisation.
As you will be travelling to different offices and sites, your own transport is essential.
This position will suit candidates coming from a strong recruitment background (high volume ideally) and who can build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, and with a proven track record of handling and organising multiple campaigns simultaneously.

We are looking to recruit a Mechanical Maintenance Fitter to work at our client who is one of the country’s leading manufacturers of wild bird food and small animal feed.
The position is offered initially on an ongoing temporary basis with the possibility of it going permanent in the future.
The role will require experience of industrial maintenance and fitting with a mechanical bias but some electrical experience also, the work will be split between 90% mechanical and 10% electrical disciplines. The successful candidate will work hand in hand with the client’s current staff on all maintenance tasks and additional fabricating work on site.
The core working hours will be 8-5 with flexibility required to fit in with work levels.
Due to the rural location your own transport will be essential.
