Then this is the job for you! Anderson Knight is currently recruiting for a Quality Administrator to come and join one of our executive clients based in the Cumbernauld area. The role is to provide temporary Quality Administrator cover in a fast paced, busy department for a period of 4 months guaranteed initially. The working hours are 37.5 per week, shifts vary from 8am-4.30pm. Full training will be provided. Main duties: * Collating and providing accurate information onto internal Processing non-conformances * systems * Ordering part and materials for the business * Keeping spreadsheets up to date * Managing the mailbox daily * Liaising with Suppliers for updates via email and telephone * Dealing with ad-hoc requests * General administrative * Sourcing and ordering appropriate equipment for orders to be completed The Ideal candidate will have: * Excellent typing and accuracy skills * Good Communication skills * Ability to work under pressure * Confident liaising with internal departments * IT literate with advanced MS Microsoft Office Packages * Experience of working in a Customer Care/Quality department is beneficial but not essential This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding and well established company that will give you an opportunity to get your foot in the door. Kinetic are looking for a Weighbridge Clerk / Administrator working in Dunbar for one of our longest standing engineering clients. They are looking for someone to start early September for a 3-month contract running until December. Pay: £9.50ph HoursMonday to Friday, 7.30am - 16.00 The role of Engineering Administration will include: *Operating the weighbridge system *Checking the documentation of all arrivals *Provide day to day administration support to endure the smooth running of the site *Operation all computer systems in particular to Sales and Expenditure data *Liaise with all the other departments on site *Point of contact for the general public and visitors to the site *Filing and other administration *Answering phones *Compiling of monthly reports and also Duty of Car paperwork *To ensure that all staff sickness & absence is reported immediately to payroll dept.
