My client urgently needs 4-6 experienced and fully qualified Domestic Plumbing and Heating Engineers to work on a long-term contract in North Lanarkshire. Successful applicants will need to have current Domestic Gas Tickets, with a strong background in installations. You must have a current Full Driving Licence, and experience of using PDA's would be useful, but not essential. This work will be paid on price work, with 2 men working together, at a rate of £400/installation split between a two-man team, with an expectation of 1 installation per day. The company have a global presence and have land fill sites and recycling plants up and down the UK. **Pay rate £10.00ph** ** 6 months’ work** **Starting Mid-February** As the Engineering Site Administrator your role will comprise of: •Providing assistance in delivering & developing a comprehensive admin & clerical service on a site wide basis •Provide day to day support on the development and maintenance of administrational processes and systems including reports and visitor facing duties in a courteous and professional manner. •You will be responsible for providing effective administration support to both the Operations and Engineering Divisions in a timely, professional and efficient manner •Perform general administrative housekeeping duties to ensure the smooth running of the Operations and Engineering Divisions. •Responsible for ensuring compliance with company procedures and relevant legislation including Business Management Systems, Customer Query Resolution, Finance, Health, Safety & Wellbeing, Human Resources and ICT. •Producing various reports, spreadsheets and minutes as required by the Operations Manager •Ensuring systems are in place which are monitored and adapted to suit the differing needs of the departments •General administrative duties such as minute taking, arranging meetings, maintaining stationery supplies and equipment, filing documentation and ordering PPE. •Projecting a professional company image through both actions and quality of work •Ensuring the standards required under the company’s Integrated Management System are maintained. In order to be successful within this position you will need: •Excellent computer skills (Word and Excel) •Previous experience within engineering administration would be an advantage •Communication skills – oral and written •Able to get to Dunbar easily •Must have administration experience to a high level. C&I Engineer - Nuclear Sector C&I Engineer required at Torness Power Station, Dunbar, preferably with experience of working on site within the nuclear industry. Main Responsibilities: Prepare documentation, reports and studies Develop requirements specifications, technical specifications and other design related documentation for C&I projects Undertake and analyse discipline specific calculations for system studies Demonstrate high quality engineering work within budget and on-time Support the development of proposals and tenders Ensure all work is carried out in accordance to H&S legislation Skills & Qualifications: Either time served apprentice or Degree qualified engineer Demonstrable experience in a similar role, ideally in the nuclear / energy sector A high level of technical knowledge and experience Familiar with common engineering drawings and design documentation Understanding of general types of Control and safety Instrument devices Experience of process systems or C&I design would be an advantage The successful candidate would need to undergo high-level nuclear clearance.
