Our established client based in Cardiff who work throughout Wales are looking for a Technical Survey & Quality Inspector to carry out surveys and inspections of energy efficiency measures within residential properties across the North Wales. This role is based in North Wales, and although you will have access to the office facility, it will be primarily based remotely. You will cover the whole of North Wales, with occasional travel to HQ in Cardiff. The right candidate will have extensive experience in energy assessing residential property, and carrying out quality inspections. The role is offered on a Fixed Term Contract until the end of 2021. Key Responsibilities: Carry out Technical survey inspections of measures being installed under local schemes. Inspect all aspects properties to ensure EPC recommended measures are viably possible to install by sub-contractors. Record findings from the survey, including taking photographs as required using a tablet-based application and ensure all the correct evidence is collected and submitted to enable the modelling process. Ensure survey requirements are met for the correct measures to be installed. Inspect and ensure all aspects of install are correct and comply with Quality and Compliance guidance. Raise and address H&S matters to help achieve a zero-incident target. Ensure survey requirements were met and enabled measure to be correctly installed. Communicate with contractors to address any H&S matters. Work with wider operational team to provide technical advice, guidance, and support. Skills & Experience: Providing a consistently high level of customer service. Handling and resolving any questions that arise during visits. Have an awareness of energy efficiency to enable you to give advice to householders. Excellent communication skills. Experience within a similar role, energy assessing and carrying out quality inspections. Car driver with access to own vehicle. Role Details: Full-time, Temporary till end of 2021 with a possible extension. Salary: Circa 30k

We are currently looking for experienced Gas Engineers to take on a contract to carry out annual landlord gas safety checks and repairs, for a market leading Gas Maintenance Company. This is an on-going sub-contract role with a minimum of a year’s work available with the capability of earning up to £1500 a week. All appointments are pre - planned and are sent to you via a PDA/ Tablet device and the engineer will be receive between 8-12 jobs per day, sent down the previous evening via a PDA tablet device. All work will be based in the successful gas engineer’s preferred postcode area.
