Produce reports on monthly marketing spend by site versus budget/forecast and review with sales teams to challenge and reforecast. Identify opportunities for savings. Site Manager required in South East London on a prestigious project for a well respected building company. The project is a multi-phased, mixed use development providing 300 new residential units, commercial space and other associated amenities. There is currently a requirement for a Site Manager to join the team, specifically to manage the ground-works, hard and soft landscaping , scaffolding and, in due course, the facade packages. As such the candidate will ideally come from an engineering background or have a qualification in Civil Engineering as well as demonstrable experience in delivering these types of packages. Beyond that any candidate who is interested must have the correct level of certification with SMSTS, CSCS card and 1st aid as a minimum.
