User Research Lead is urgently required to work in London on an initial 3-month contract role.

Responsibilities:

Provide User Research expertise within a small team of User Researchers that works within a wider team of Designers, Analysts and Developers to build a range of digital products across the organisation. The main products in scope focus on extracting value from data sources to drive better decision-making. Plan, design and conduct user research sessions on a regular basis, testing both high-level concepts, and aspects of the service as it is designed and developed, and developing and maintaining a picture of the users.

Essential skills and requirements:

  • Budget forecast and management:
    • Manage yearly incentive budget by quarter/month based on the bench mark and business forecast.
    • Collect all relevant information, use data analysis tools to output Monthly Forecast.
  • Incentive and Rebate management:
    • Organize resource allocation management, conduct annual resource allocation and flexible grant management according to different characteristics of business types and strategic descriptions; organize daily expense management and asset management, realize effective allocation of resources while controlling cost risks.
    • Understand the key content of the regional accounting plan, grasp the KPI assessment objectives and rules of the responsibility center, and combine performance, risk warning, task assignment and tracking management with budget, forecast and accounting results.
    • Regularly channel customer stock audit and incentive reconciliation
  • Channel risk and channel finance process management:
    • Analysis channel customer performance, suggest the changes of payment terms and credit
    • Work as process controller of channel finance, regularly review the process and compliance test result, solve the related audit issue etc.

Requirements:

  • 2 years and above experience is preferred.
  • Experience in data processing software, such as Power BI, Tableua.
  • Basic knowledge of finance and financial processes (eg purchase order, credit note, debit note, ledger and invoices)

Python Django Developer

We are seeking a number of Python Django Developers to join JP Morgan in Glasgow on an initial 6 months contract. The role base will be either Bournemouth or Glasgow but you will mainly be working remotely the majority of the time.

As a Python Django Developer you will help build a meaningful engineering discipline, combining software and systems to develop creative engineering solutions to operations problems. Much of the bank's software development focuses on creating new applications, optimizing existing systems and reducing work through automation. You'll join a team of curious problem solvers with a diverse set of perspectives who are thinking big and taking risks. In this project you will help migrate an old Java application to a new Cloud Hosted, API first, Python Django Application.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand/apply reusable code design, leverage application architecture/framework capabilities and functionality, and design/develop solutions that are highly reliable, scalable, and perform to meet business-defined service levels.
  • Work with Product owners to help shape the direction of the product based on a combined knowledge of what's technically feasible and what is desired by the end user.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensuring quality solutions are built and tested.
  • Employ Agile engineering practices; Pair Programming, Continuous Integration, Test Driven Development, etc.
  • Identify and implement improvements to products.
  • Contribute to the technical code and design documentation.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • Python Django is essential
  • Java is a plus
  • Experience of Web UI frameworks such as REACT or Angular is a plus
  • Exposure to Micro service architecture, REST API design/development

Solution and troubleshoot release and application issues jointly with engineers.
Understand and consider CI/CD workflows within the team.

Key accountabilities and duties for the Networking Consultants: -
  • Provide 1st & 2nd line Build and Run Services and consultancy to the business.
  • Produce High-Level Designs/Project Design Documents.
  • Use HLD's/PDD's to produce and implement relevant configurations.
  • Take personal ownership and accountability for all network related issues throughout the various stages of the Service Delivery Life Cycle.
  • Ideally the candidate will have industry recognised accreditation commensurate with status in role ie CCNP minimum (essential). Juniper or F5 equivalents are desirable.
