Events Coordinator Rolling contract - 3 months minimum Maidstone £28,000 pa Joining an established international medical organisation, this role within the marketing department is to plan and delivery a health-specific campaign around the country. You will be:- * Acting as the event lead coordinator for all matters relating to the campaign * Managing the logistics to support the local campaigns * Managing the data collected from the events, and allocating to relevant departments * Communicating with Area and Local staff to ensure full support to the campaigns * Procure marketing and promotional materials to support the events * Update management with regular communication and updates To be successful, you should be able to provide:- * Strong project management, with organisational and administrative skills * Excellent communication, including influencing others, writing reports etc * Design understanding, being able to interpret briefs and provide feedback To be considered, you should have:- * Project management experience, ideally within a consumer facing brand * Experience of event coordination or event management Due to the nature of the role, some flexibility in hours may be required, as well as occasional overnight stays away from home
