In order to be considered you should have previous experience of telesales or call handling. Excellent customer service skills. Be IT literate. Ability to plan and communicate to both customers and engineers. Ideally you will have some experience within the energy, utility or facilities sector (not essential for this role). The position is helping customers get metered access to electricity to their homes.
