Document Controller / PA

We are currently looking for a hard working individual to take on an experienced document controller with preferable experience using business collaborator
This will be a busy and demanding role and you will be required to be self motivated, enthusiastic and professional.
Updating the iCosNet and/or SharePoint (EDM) folders as required and manage the right access for the team members
Upload, manage, and issue documents to the EDM
Check and verify documents uploaded by team members comply with the EIR (the Information Manager provides guidance)
Use SharePoint and BC to communicate, store information and comply with EIR
Attend appropriate training: EIR and GDPR compliance, EDM/document control systems and others as may be assigned or of benefit for professional development.
upload/download information and documents, check status and inform/report to the team
Provide administrative support to the CWF team and technical support to the commercial team including occasional taking of minutes
Manage office material and stationery
Organise social events
Complete timesheets end of each week and ensure others do as well
Implement and contribute to processes/systems to meet commercial expectations
Support the Information Manager and the team to support the common goal and project objectives
Manage registers including for file storage
Ensuring SharePoint and Business Collaborator sites are used correctly and complaint with the set out document filing structure and naming convention
Attend relevant meetings
