You MUST have 10+ years of experience in SALES with a Telecommunications Company.

6 Months/ £300 per day (plus commissions)/ London based with remote working option/ Outside of IR35/ Option of going permanent 

Our client is a fast-growing company specialised in analytics/ insights software solutions for F500 companies. They predict customer behaviour and help management to make better decisions.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager/ Sales Lead to help them in bringing new business in the EMEA region but also globally. The Business Development Manager works closely with our Telco Commercial team as well as our BD and Marketing team and reports directly to the Managing Directors.

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS: (PLEASE DON’T APPLY IF YOU DON’T HAVE BELOW) 

  • 10 Years in a senior marketing, sales, research or analytics role at a Telecommunications Company.
  • Subject matter expertise in relation to data, customer, sales and marketing.
  • Strong business skills & extensive background in Telecommunications
  • Excellent communication skills, incl. public speaking
  • Great business and data story-telling
  • Proactive, Outgoing, Active Listener
  • Self-driven, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines
  • Ability to understand legal contracts and negotiate deals

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make sales to new and existing clients in the Telecommunications domain
  • Shape our overall new business sales and marketing strategy for Telecommunications
  • Participate & present at industry events
  • Lead workshops focused on identifying needs and solutions with new leads and clients
  • Translate client business needs into solutions based on our portfolio of products and services
  • Identify and nurture opportunities for new business
  • Work across the organization to understand and influence overall sales & marketing strategic priorities
  • Be proactive about solving problems (even if it’s outside of your area)

Our client is a global provider in nuclear transport solutions and establishing a new part of their business that will complement their aspiration to become a one stop shop for the worldwide transport of nuclear materials.  

LOCATION 
Warrington, Cheshire but with the opportunity of working from remote/ home.

SALARY
Up to 75K base plus excellent benefits.

MUST HAVE (you must have following)
Experts in the field of criticality and shielding (not solely with transport experience).
Experience in worldwide transport of nuclear materials.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
Provide advice to the commercial team in the assessment of business opportunities.

Advise engineering and design team to ensure criticality and shielding considerations are fully addressed from the outset of the design process, and preparing criticality assessments forming part of package transport safety case submissions to enable the transport business. (The latter will require considerable liaison with specialists within the regulatory organisations).

Demonstrate the tenacity, drive and resilience to engage and develop positive relations with regulators and customers.

Sales Director – Commercial Property Management
Up to 150K basic + benefits/ commission/ car   

Location

Experienced Sales Director with a minimum of 20 years experience. Should have the ability to generate new contracts in commercial property management space. 

Must have (please don’t apply if you don’t have any of below) 
• 20 years experience in commercial property management. 
•  Genuine hunter - this is a new business acquisition role
•  Must be comfortable with and have a proven track record of consistent prospecting
•  You will be highly driven and target-oriented.
•  Maximise revenues and grow the commercial property register.
•  Display high standards of service and presentation.
•  Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth.
•  Be highly organised, with the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
 

£600 per day for the initial 6 months and the option of going permanent

Experienced Property Manager. Preferably qualified to MRICS. Minimum of 5 years experience. To oversee the Property Management of a varied portfolio of commercial property. To manage one other member of staff. To report directly to clients and the company Finance Director and Managing Director.
The appointment is initially on a contract basis but could lead to a full-time appointment.
