Construction Planner Goals and Objectives: To assist the project teams in managing projects ensuring delivery against strict timescales and within budget. To assist the commercial teams with any variations to the agreed delivery dates and budgets. To assist the project teams with reporting progress and forecasting future works. Responsibilities: -Preparation of project programmes -Responsible for updating the programme throughout the project lifetime -Liaising with site team and delivery partner to capture actual progress and forecast future works -Liaising with site team and Commercial Department to update actual costs into programmes . -Creation of impacted & mitigated programmes to assist with the issue and acceptance of Early Warning notices and to assist with internal mitigation strategies -Preparation of as built progarmmes -detailing critical path and the impact of variations on the works. -Prepare and monitor the work plan ensuring it is compatible with available resources. Revise as required to meet timetable, programme and resource variations. -Conduct and attend meetings with customers in relation to planning -Forecasting cost to complete data and resource forecasting -Monthly report and update for Executive meeting and as required on other meetings attended -Ensure adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures. -Be fully conversant and compliant with all Environmental Health and Safety procedures. -Complete quarterly ethics module as advised by Ethics & Compliance Officer (ECO) -Fully comply with all Quality, Environmental Health and Safety directives including but not limited to PPE, Accident Reporting, Cardinal Rules, Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS), and Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE).
