PROSPERO TEACHING We have a range of positions already available, or becoming available shortly, in schools and academies in this area that are suitable for graduates who are interested in teaching and/ or supporting teaching either as: an 'unqualified teacher' graduate coversupervisor; These positions are not suitable for all graduates. The Company Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for Regional Census Support Managers for a national charity based in Sheffield. This is a contract role for 9 months. The Role This role will work closely with regional Census Project teams to ensure that people who are digitally excluded from completing the census are supported at a Regional level. You will manage the relationship with a network of centres, and Office for National Statistics (ONS) field and engagement staff, to ensure all those who need support to complete their Census can access the supported service and maximise completed Census forms. You will need excellent written skills, in particular with reports, experience of performance management and experience of managing processes. You will also have a flair quickly building sound working relationships with external stakeholders. This role will be target focussed therefore you will strive to reach and exceed set targets and be au fait at report writing. The role will be homebased wit regular travel to your designated Census Centre and some travel to the Head office in Sheffield, therefore you will need to be able to drive and have access to a car. All other equipment will be provided such as laptop and mobile phone. The Candidate The successful candidate will have the ability to lead from the front and the ability and drive to exceed targets as well as motivate others to do the same. You will be an outstanding communicator at all levels internally and externally both verbally and written and be organised, efficient and collaborative with high attention to detail.
