I have a fantastic contract role available for a Senior HR Manager based in Lambeth. As a HR Manager, you will manage recruitment and resourcing services for a large, complex, public sector organisation. Responsibilities: * Managing a team. * Communicating with line managers and advising them/all levels of the organisation on optimum recruitment and resourcing strategies and actions. * Involved in improvement of end-to-end recruitment and resourcing, utilising and developing modern recruitment systems, including, Job Boards, RSS Feeds, Social Media etc. * Change management. Requirements: * CIPD / relevant qualification is essential. * Knowledge of public sector terms and conditions of employment. * Ability to manage recruitment and resourcing team, including setting up KPI's. * Minimum of 2 years HR Manager experience. * Working or knowledge of ER (Employee Relations) * Ability to provide in-depth policy analysis and advice. * Public sector experience is desirable but not essential. * Applicants MUST have HR managerial experience. Pertemps Managed Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a council based in the West Midlands who are looking to recruit a Project Co-ordinator for the One Public Estate Programme PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST HAVE PUBLIC SECTOR EXPERIENCE TO APPLY The Role: • The post-holder will provide support to the One Public Estate (OPE) Programme Manager in delivering the OPE programme across the council, including administrative support to the councils Property Board. • This will entail working with public sector partners in the development and delivery of collaborative One Public Estate projects and locality based asset management plans. • The post-holder will also prepare monitoring reports and assist with the submission of future OPE funding bids. • There will be regular contact with the Local Government Association (LGA), Cabinet Office and government departments and occasional travel across the County will be required. • Monitor the progress of OPE projects, collate and submit quarterly monitoring returns to the LGA with details of project performance and delivery of outputs. Deal with any queries raised by the LGA. • Monitor the budgets for the One Public Estate programme, reporting as necessary any variances or requirements to re-profile funding. The Candidate: • Managing projects • Managing capital or revenue budgets • Working with other local authorities, public sector bodies or partner agencies • Identifying funding opportunities and submission of bids Knowledge: • Public sector procurement regime • Performance management – data analysis and reporting • Project management systems and techniques • Microsoft office software suite Skills and Abilities • Good inter-personal skills including negotiations • Good verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage complex projects and prioritise competing work requirements • Ability to work to targets and tight deadlines • Ability to prepare and present reports and data

The main purpose of the role will be to: - Create and develop packaging for medical devices. - Improve and validate the packaging components including processes. - Troubleshooting in all goings-on in related to manufacturing in the field. Further responsibilities will include: - Developing package testing plans and understand results for numerous projects. - Researching and catalogues packaging methods and techniques as well as recommending adaptations to meet variations. - Regulate and manage physical testing to ensure product integrity for manufacturing through end users. In order to be considered for this role, you will be required to have the following qualifications, skills and experience: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related Technical Degree. - Knowledge within packaging or related. - Fluent English, written and spoken.
