Job Title: Level 2 Teaching Assistant (Full-Time)

Position Overview: We are looking for a passionate Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support our teachers in delivering high-quality education to our students. As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting with classroom activities, providing one-to-one support, and helping to create a positive and nurturing learning environment for our pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering lessons, ensuring that all activities are engaging and accessible to students.
Provide one-to-one support to students who require additional assistance, helping them to overcome learning barriers and reach their full potential.
Support the overall development and well-being of students, promoting positive behaviour and fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Assist with the preparation of classroom materials, resources, and displays, contributing to an inspiring and stimulating learning environment.
Collaborate effectively with teachers and other staff members to meet the diverse needs of students and promote their academic and personal growth.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.Requirements:
Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
Previous experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably within a primary school environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents/carers.
A compassionate and patient approach to working with children, with a genuine desire to support their learning and development.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Dedication to upholding high standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all aspects of your work.
Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to undertake a new one.Benefits:
